What a huge waste of time tonight. I will waste a little more by writing down what my experience was in hopes that management at Rogers gets their sh!t together. I won’t hold my breath.

It all started with an email from Rogers, that if I signup for online billing, I will save $5 on my next bill. This sounds like a good deal. I hate the thick paper bill anyway.

I am already have a MyRogers account. But, I would like to get online billing anyway. Maybe I will get a discount?

When I click the link in the email, my MS Edge Browser on Windows 10 opens a web page with certificate problems.


So, I am blocked. I don’t know what to do. Maybe if I degrade my browsers security, I can move forward, because when I click “Continue to this webpage” Nothing happens. I am not sure…
