* Blog Note – Also remember that Sales Tax, when applicable in Buffalo is on average 7% – 8.75% that’s another 6% savings so 14% difference just became 20%. In April 2012 New York State reinstated its sales-tax exemption on clothing and footwear items costing less than $110. Another 4% savings.
